Mabel Chinnery was visiting the grave of her mother one day in 1959. After taking pictures of the grave, she then took an impromptu photo of her husband sitting in the front seat of their car.
When the couple got the film back from the chemists, they noticed a figure in the back seat wearing glasses that wasn`t there when the picture was snapped. Mrs. Chinnery immediately recognized the image as her mother, the one who`s grave they were visiting. A photographic expert that examined the print determined it was neither a reflection, nor a double exposure.
