Strange Cemetery Experience

My family and I were visiting Charleston, South Carolina. My wife and two kids went to the pool, so I decided to take one of the walking ghost tours. I had two freshly charged battery packs for my digital camera. The first battery went dead in "Dueler's Ally." We went to the other side of the wall where there is an old cemetery across the street from St. Philip's. I was able to take two more pictures before the other battery pack went dead.

Enlargement: Am I seeing things?

My first thought while looking at this was "oh it`s just a headstone". But if you look closer the enlargement image seems transparent & if you look at it in the second photo (all the way back by the corner of the building almost directly under the bright light), it`s shape doesn`t seem consistant with the other headstones.
