This photo was taken in September 1999 at the Sefton Church in Merseyside, England, which is located just north of Liverpool. Building of the church began in the 12th century & was completed in the early part of the 16th century.

There were only two photographers in the building when this photo was taken & the other photographer was elsewhere in the building. This apparition is dressed in black, which makes them theorize that this must be the ghost of a minister.

There`s a pub next door to the church called `The Punch Bowl`, which is said to be a man in a blue suit.
