Red Streaks On A Tombstone Here are some photos taken at a cemetery while we visited New Hampshire. My daughter took them with her little digital camera. I think her camera is maybe a 6.0 mega pixel camera, Anyway, we uploaded my photos immediately after returning from our trip to New England, but I just found my daughters camera a couple of months ago and was quite intriqued at some of the pics that she captured on her camera while at the cemetary. Take a look at them and let me know if you have seen anything like this before. Please notice that the red streaks are not caused by the camera being moved to blur the photo because the headstones are completely in focus. And the other one with the "light" at the bottom of the headstone, please note that it doesn't look like it was a reflection of the flash, because the headstone behind it actually has the flash reflection on it. Let me know what you think! My daughter is 15 years old and is just starting to take an interest in photography. She was actually 14 when she took the photos, and hadn't had her digital camera very long before we went on vacation, so you can rule out any kind of trickery. The photos were taken not far from Christa McAuliffe's grave (She was the First Teacher into Space) in Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord, New Hampshire, September 2007. Carol & Jenna Lann. Response from GhostHauntings.org I agree that the red blotch on the first photo does not resemble the flash reflection on the other tombstone. There can be debate that it is a reflection caused by dust or insects, & sometimes fireflies will emit red streaks as seen in the second & third photo. But there`s something else apparent in the last two photos that may support that this is more of a paranormal nature. One is an orb in photo number two. These orbs are very common in digital cameras below 5 mega pixels, because they cannot process properly in low lighting conditions. Your daughter used a 6 mega pixel, which processes better than the lower models, but even some higher mega pixel cameras will sometimes have this problem. But even more interesting especially in photo number 2 is the ecto mist in the photo. some would say It could have been fog, but after examing the photos closely, I don`t see what would be foggy conditions & the ecto mist is more of a cloud in one area as opposed to being everywhere in the photo. The ecto mist also has a red tint just like the streaks & blotch in the other pictures. Is this paranormal? I really cannot be sure. But until we can rule anything out, I`d say it`s very possible.
