 The Author`s Ghostly Experiences

As said before, I was raised in a christian household as a child, but in my teen years I experienced a few unexplainable incidents that made me stop & wonder if there was more to life on earth than what the christian community was willing to admit.

I have learned through my experience in the metaphysical world that children aged 11 & younger are more capable of seeing & experiencing paranormal occurrences, because they`re still young & their mind hasn`t been trained (or brainwashed) by the teachings of elders that suggest to only believe what most people see on the physical plane on a regular basis. This explains why young children often have "imaginary friends", but are they REALLY imagining it?

My first experience that I recall happened in 1976 at the age of 14. As a child I loved to sneak behind my parents back & stay up all night. I`ve always been more comfortable enjoying the nights & sleeping in the daylight. One morning around 4 a.m. while everyone else was asleep, I was laying in the hallway in front of the furnace relaxing & enjoying the warmth, when all of a sudden I heard a loud rumbling.

It sounded like music that you hear in an action adventure movie when something intense is about to happen. I can still remember the pounding of the drums & the sound of chanting voices, as it was extremely loud. I then looked down towards the other end of the hallway & saw a male figure that resembled a viking. He had a beard & mustache & appeared to be wearing some kind of helmet on his head with horns coming out both sides.

The figure made his way down the hall approaching me, but he wasn`t walking, he was gliding through the air. The closer he got to me the louder the music got. By the time he was only a couple of feet away from me, the music had become so loud that it felt like my head was going to explode. I began trembling in horror & wanted to scream, but I was unable to do so. Someone or something would not let me move nor speak.

The figure then came face to face with me & I felt a "whoosh" throughout my entire body as though this apparition had passed through my body. At that moment, the music disappeared & so did this apparition. I then found myself laying in front of the heater in the hallway with everything back to normal as though nothing had happened.

Obviously no one else in the house heard this thundering music but me, as it definitely would have woken up everyone in the house. I never mentioned this incident to anyone until now, because I knew that no one would believe me & might even think I`m crazy, but I know what I saw & felt. 30 years later I am now revealing this experience for the first time.

Experience II

In 1977 at the age of 15, I experienced a very real experience & I`m certain that this wasn`t a dream. If it was, then it`s one of the most realest dream states I`ve ever had.

I was sleeping in my bed one morning when I was awakened by a domineering presence that came from behind my bedroom door. As I awakened to this entity, I noticed it was partially daylight outside my window & I could hear my parents in the kitchen talking & going through their morning ritual of getting ready for work.

The figure that came from behind my door had no arms, & looked very similar to a goat, with horns & all. The only difference between an actual goat & this figure, was that the figure was walking like a human on it`s feet & legs. I could tell immediately that this entity was not a friendly one, in fact it was giving off vibes of sheer evil.

As it approached my bed I wanted to scream, but just like the `Viking` experience a year earlier someone or something had my body & vocal cords completely frozen. The covers of my bed then flew off as though an invisible force had ripped them off the bed. This evil figure then began biting my toes & I could feel extreme pain. The pain was excruciating.

I could still hear my parents talking in the kitchen & was wishing that they would come to my room & possibly cause this terrible experience to stop. The figure was definitely enjoying itself & laughing at me as it inflicted it`s pain on me. I then thought very strongly how I wanted this ordeal to stop & prayed in my head that this evil presence would go away & leave me alone. As I thought this, the figure then disintegrated & I got full use of my body again. Everything was back to normal & my covers were off the bed & laying on the floor. If this was a dream, I`d think that they would be on my bed covering my body, but they weren`t. I got out of bed to get ready for school.

Just as the `Viking` incident, I`ve never told anyone about this until now nearly 3 decades later.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

 Experience III

As I mentioned in `About The Author`, I strayed from the path of Wicca for a short time in 1982. I began studying & practicing satanism until I made some terrible but educational mistakes. Fortunately I learned by those mistakes & got away from satanism, realizing that it`s just an extension of Christianity.

The biggest mistake that I made, was thinking that I somehow had a right to curse my enemies. A friend of mine that was also curious about the craft decided to join me in a satanic ritual, so we prepared for the act & conducted it in a forested area of his property one night. We made 2 very big & foolish mistakes that night.

1. we cursed an enemy in hopes of inflicting harm upon him.
2. We summoned Satan & asked him to show himself & have a presence in our daily lives.

The next day after the ritual my friend`s outbuilding caught fire. This outbuilding was very close to where we conducted the ritual. Fortunately it was extinguished quickly, but not before the building suffered some damage.
That very same night I was in my kitchen making a tuna sandwich around 1:am, when I heard the sound of the dead bolt on my front door unlocking & the door came open.

The dead bolt had a distinct sound & there was no mistaking what I heard. I walked up to the door that was wide open & tried to convince myself that I was imagining this & that the wind probably blew the door open.
I walked out on to the front porch, but there was no wind, not even the slightest breeze. I closed & re-locked the door & went on about my business.

Over the next few days my friend & I were constantly having mishaps & bad luck, this began to open our eyes to the possibility that we may have conjured up some type of negative energy in the ritual we had performed a few nights earlier.

A few days later while going out the door on my way to work, I got into an argument with my mother. I was very angry & remember thinking to myself that I would somehow get even with her & stormed out the door.

I arrived at my job at 9:am & began working. At 9:30 am my boss called me out of the work area & brought me to an area where my uncle was waiting. Immediately when I saw my uncle standing there I knew something was seriously wrong. My uncle then informed me that my mother had been killed in a car accident shortly after I had left for work.

By that time my friend & I had decided that we definitely conjured up something bad in that ritual, & after consulting a fellow occultist for advice, we began rituals to try & reverse the ill effects of it & banish whatever this entity was.

I felt complete responsibility for my mother`s untimely death & suffered great mental anguish because of my guilt. Shortly after that while I was sleeping one night, my mother came to me in the form of a dream state.
This wasn`t your average dream, this was very different. In this state my mother told me that she is doing fine & is in a much better place. She told me that she loved me dearly & that she came to tell me that my actions had nothing to do with her unexpected death. She told me "It was meant to be".

During this state I noticed my mother was standing next to her car that she was killed in. I remember it was smashed & the roof of the car was triangle shaped. My mother again reassured me that I had nothing to do with her death & that she loved me very much. With that, she said good bye & the dream state ended.

2 days later my father & I were talking. He said that he went to the wrecking yard to see the car that my mom was killed in. He began describing the condition of the vehicle & said the car was smashed into a triangle shape.
I could only sit there in complete shock. I had never seen the car other than in my so-called dream state, & from that point on I knew it wasn`t a dream! It truly was a visit from the other side.

One of the most important things that I learned from this experience is, try not to hate the people you care about, because you never know, you may never get to see them again.
